Why You Should Go To Your 25 Year Class Reunion
Ok, you've got your reasons why you don't want to go. But give us a chance to talk you into it!:
Reason: I was shy in high school, so I'm way too nervous to see these people again.
And We Say: Yea. You will be nervous. At first. Everyone's like that. You quickly get over it because, quite frankly
you soon realize, we're all grown up and it turns out everyone doesn't act like they're in high school anymore (somehow they got nicer!).
Reason: High school sucked.
And We Say: Ok, fair enough. But a lot of your classmates felt the same way. You may be impressed with the experiences you have in common. It's fun to find out.
Reason: I didn't really know anyone in high school.
And We Say: Hands down, one of the best things about reunions that EVERYONE figures out after they've been to one: you get to make up for lost time, and get acquainted with classmates who you saw all the time in the hall or even in your class, but you never really got to know.
Reason: I can't afford to go to the reunion.
And We Say: Tough economic times, no doubt. But we engineered this year's reunion to be an affordable $25 ($30 total if you bring a guest). Most reunions are $75, $100, or more. We're wallet friendly, so take advantage.
Reason: I can't take time off from my job. I have family obligations. I live in Antarctica.
And We Say: Alright, some of that may be legit. Try anyways! You'll thank yourself later.
